Board of Directors

The Karyae Benevolent Foundation has a nine-member Board of Directors. Each member’s term is five years and after their term ends, they must wait one year to re-run for the Board of Directors. The current Board of Directors includes:

Jaime Jones – Vice President (Term ends 2026)

Angelo Mergelos – Treasurer (Term ends 2025)

Helen Moffat – Secretary (Term ends 2027)

Kiki Karres (Term ends 2028)

Johnathan Caldwell (Term ends 2028)

Dr. Fefe Myers (Term ends 2025)

Perry Vastis (Term ends 2024)

Nick Karres (Term ends 2024)
